Terms of use

About these terms

These terms apply when you use the AgriMate app and this website, which are provided by WARA Technologies (“we”). By creating an account or using AgriMate, you agree to them.

Beta version

AgriMate is currently in beta. It may contain errors, change often, or be temporarily unavailable. Please keep your own copy of information that is critical for your farm, and tell us about any problem you find.

Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details private.
• You are responsible for what happens in your account and for the members you invite to your farm.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use AgriMate.

Your data

The records you enter belong to you. You allow us to store and process them only to provide AgriMate to you and the members of your farm, as described in our privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use AgriMate to:

• break the law or violate the rights of others;
• access farms or accounts that are not yours;
• disrupt, overload or attempt to hack the service;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app.

AI advice

AI advice and alerts are there to help you, but they can be incomplete or wrong. They do not replace a veterinarian, an agronomist or another qualified professional. You remain responsible for the decisions you make on your farm.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or stop all or part of AgriMate. If we stop the service, we will tell you in advance when we can, so that you can export your reports.

Liability

AgriMate is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost income, lost animals or lost data, resulting from the use of AgriMate or from its unavailability.

Ending your use

You can stop using AgriMate and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If the changes are important, we will tell you before they apply. If you keep using AgriMate afterwards, you accept the new terms.
